We aim to offer an appointment for urgent cases the same day, a routine appointment with a Doctor within 1 day and an appointment with the Doctor of your choice within 2 days.

To make an appointment please telephone or call in at Reception. If you would prefer to see a particular Doctor, please ask when you make your appointment. When either Doctor is away you will be able to see the other Doctor in the practice, and occasionally we use a local Doctor to help out.

When you arrive at the Surgery, please report to Reception. If you are delayed or cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

Each appointment is for 10 minutes and we try our best to keep to time. Please help us by making an appointment for each patient needing to see a Doctor, by telling the Doctor at the beginning of the consultation if you have more than one problem you wish to discuss, and by avoiding a long list of problems to be discussed at one appointment. You may request a double appointment if you feel this is necessary.
