Patient Advice and Liaison
Service (PALS)
The PALS service provides
information about local health
services and voluntary agencies, and
gives advice and support to
patients, their families and carers,
and staff. It aims to resolve
problems and concerns quickly in an
informal manner. Please contact PALS
